Authorized Third-Party Auditor – Codema Protocols

Codema Global Rating is a standardization infrastructure developing auditable technical protocols for third-party assessment, with a focus on digital assets, tokenization, and distributed systems.

Codema is currently selecting and qualifying experienced professionals to act as Authorized Auditors under its framework.

Authorized auditors operate independently and are entrusted to perform third-party auditing activities based on Codema protocols (including RP2110 and RP2120), following a structured rule-based audit methodology.

This is not an employment position. Selected auditors enter into a formal authorization framework agreement (APFA) with Codema and operate independently, engaging directly with clients under the Codema system.

• Perform third-party audits based on Codema protocols
• Apply structured, rule-based audit checklists and rating methodologies
• Collect and verify audit evidence within the Codema framework
• Contribute, where relevant, to technical working groups and protocol evolution

• Experience in IT audit / cybersecurity / risk & compliance
• CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent experience preferred
• Understanding of digital assets / tokenization (or willingness to develop)
• Ability to operate independently as third-party auditor

• Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or tokenization environments
• Familiarity with DLT infrastructures, custody models, or smart contract ecosystems
• Prior involvement in third-party auditing, certification schemes, or conformity assessment frameworks
• Participation in technical working groups or standardization activities
• Experience in developing or applying structured audit methodologies or control frameworks
• Background in financial services, funds, or real-world asset structures
• Knowledge of ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 31000) or similar governance models

• Access to a structured third-party auditing framework
• Operate on the basis of a common, auditable technical specification, enabling consistent and scalable third-party audit activities.
