Marketing Officer

Chris Wholesale LLC is looking for a Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and help grow our brand presence in the wholesale market. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and work directly with our leadership team to drive business results. This is a hands-on role where you'll see the direct impact of your work on company growth.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and target our wholesale customer base
• Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and other channels
• Write and edit marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on results and ROI
• Manage the company website, including updates, optimization, and ensuring accurate product and pricing information
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and market opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key marketing vendors and partners
• Track marketing budgets and spending to ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities in the wholesale industry
• Create marketing reports and presentations for leadership showing campaign results and recommendations
• Manage social media accounts and community engagement across platforms
• Support trade shows, events, and other promotional activities as needed

• 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B, wholesale, or distribution environment
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns from concept through completion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard marketing software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Experience with wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or B2B sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
