Marketing Manager

Chris Wholesale LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies that support our business growth, manage our marketing budget, and work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams. • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and target our key customer segments
• Manage the marketing budget and track spending across campaigns, channels, and initiatives
• Create and oversee content for our website, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support their pipeline and revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform our marketing approach
• Manage marketing projects from conception through execution, meeting deadlines and staying within budget
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing performance and results
• Contribute to the development of our brand voice and messaging

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience managing marketing budgets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with social media marketing and email marketing platforms

• Experience in the wholesale or distribution industry
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
• Experience with SEO and content marketing
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Project management software experience (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
