Center Group Staffing is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience working with us. This is a full-time position where you'll work independently while staying connected with a small, collaborative team.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat within agreed-upon timeframes
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when needed
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
Answer questions about our staffing services, processes, and available positions
Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved and gather feedback
Identify common problems and suggest improvements to our processes and documentation
Handle billing questions and coordinate with the accounting team on invoice-related issues
Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all customer communications
Meet or exceed monthly response time and customer satisfaction targets

1-2 years of customer service experience (support, sales, or similar client-facing role)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic computer software
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
Problem-solving mindset with patience when working through issues with customers
Availability to work standard business hours (Monday-Friday)

Experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources
Familiarity with customer support software or ticketing systems
Experience handling billing or account management inquiries
Multilingual abilities
