HVAC Service Technician

Cedar Ridge Heating & Air is a 14-person, family-owned HVAC shop serving Ada and Canyon counties since 2009. We need a residential service technician to run 6-8 diagnostic and repair calls a day in a take-home van. No sales quotas, no commission on parts.

• Diagnose and repair residential split systems, heat pumps and gas furnaces
• Perform seasonal maintenance and safety inspections
• Recover, weigh and charge refrigerant to spec
• Explain findings to homeowners plainly and document each call in the tablet
• Keep the van stocked and clean

• EPA Section 608 Universal certification
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Clean driving record (you drive our van)
• Able to lift 60 lb and work in attics and crawlspaces
• Currently working or worked in HVAC service within the last year

• NATE certification
• Heat pump and mini-split experience
• Idaho HVAC journeyman license

• Take-home van, phone and tablet
