Client Service Coordinator (Front Desk)

Cedar Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our front desk team in Denver. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, managing the flow of the clinic while supporting our veterinarians and medical staff. You'll handle scheduling, client communication, payments, and day-to-day front office operations in a busy veterinary environment.

• Greet clients and pets as they arrive, and check them in for appointments
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries about services, pricing, and scheduling
• Schedule and reschedule appointments using our practice management system
• Process payments, including cash, card, and insurance submissions
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Manage the waiting area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments on track
• Handle prescription requests and refills
• Follow up with clients after appointments or procedures as needed
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies for the front desk area

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Denver, CO
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort working with people and animals in a medical setting
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn practice management software
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
