Carpenters Campers is looking for a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries about our camper products, help customers troubleshoot issues, process orders, and build relationships that keep people coming back. This is a remote position where you'll work independently while staying connected with a small, tight-knit team.

Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and messages within 24 hours with helpful, accurate information
Answer questions about camper specifications, features, pricing, and availability
Walk customers through setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for their campers
Process orders, manage returns, and handle refunds or exchanges
Document customer interactions and feedback in our system for future reference
Identify common issues or questions and flag them to the team so we can improve our products or documentation
Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure they're satisfied and address any concerns
Escalate complex problems to the owner or technical team when needed
Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all customer communications

1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, technical support, or similar)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests at once
Comfortable learning about products and answering detailed technical questions
Responsiveness and willingness to follow up until issues are resolved
Basic computer skills including email, phone systems, and CRM or ticketing software

Experience with outdoor products, camping, RVs, or recreational vehicles
Familiarity with order management or e-commerce platforms
Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support software
Ability to create simple documentation or help articles
