Automotive Sales Consultant

Bert's Auto Sales is a small family dealership in Tampa looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team of eleven. You'll work directly with the owner, selling new vehicles in a straightforward environment without the complications of used cars or trade-ins. This role focuses on what you do best: connecting customers with the right new vehicle and closing the sale.

• Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present new vehicle options that match customer requirements
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Prepare sales paperwork and guide customers through the purchase process
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on inventory, vehicle specifications, and available incentives
• Participate in factory certification training to deepen product knowledge
• Track sales activity and work toward individual sales targets

• Ability to engage customers professionally and listen to their needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn about vehicles and the sales process

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications
• Experience with sales management systems or CRM software
