Dongfeng opens its first Jamaican showroom in Q4 2026, and we're hiring the closers who'll put brand-new vehicles in the hands of a market already lining up to drive them and write their name into the launch.

The seat: Sales Executive. Dongfeng Showroom. You are the face of the brand on the floor. Walk-ins, focus-group follow-ups, web leads, parent-group referrals, you turn them into delivered customers.

What you'll do:
✦ Engage every customer who steps onto the floor, needs identification, product walk-around, demo drive, customized quote, close
✦ Master multiple vehicles, ICE, BEV and PHEV, and the warranty, financing and charging story for each
✦ Run demo drives, planned routes, pre / post-drive paperwork, follow-up
✦ Own post-delivery follow-up: +7 days, +30 days, anniversary. Re-buys and referrals start here.
✦ Build a personal book of warm prospects through referrals and a professional social presence
✦ Contribute to the launch event and the rolling brand-activation calendar

You'll thrive if:
✦ 2+ years in automotive sales (Jamaica or recognized international) or 3+ years in high-touch consumer sales (jewelry, luxury retail, high-ticket appliances, premium real-estate) with a documented conversion track record
✦ Verbal and written fluency
✦ Standards-driven personal presentation, you are the brand on the floor
✦ Comfortable on digital CRM and social media, willing to build a personal professional brand
✦ Hungry for the financial upside of a commission-rich structure
✦ Valid Jamaica driver's license and a clean driving record

Bonus:
✦ Prior experience selling new motor vehicles inclusive of EV
✦ An existing book of Jamaica customer relationships
✦ Tertiary education in business, marketing or related
