Marketing Planning and Campaign Management: Assist with annual marketing plans and promotional calendars; independently plan and execute campaigns from briefing through completion; manage timelines and approved budgets; monitor performance and recommend improvements.
Brand, Content and Digital Marketing: Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints; develop and coordinate creative concepts, advertising materials, photography, videography and digital content; ensure online platforms and advertisements remain current; support paid and organic digital initiatives.
Project, Vendor and Event Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously; brief and coordinate agencies, suppliers and service providers; oversee production schedules and quality; plan and execute promotions, seminars, sponsorships, product launches and activations.
Reporting, Customer Insight and Administration: Track marketing KPIs and expenditure; prepare monthly and post-campaign reports; coordinate customer surveys, database collection and mystery shopping initiatives; process approved invoices and maintain marketing merchandise, records and digital assets.
Market Awareness and Continuous Improvement: Monitor competitor activity, customer insights and emerging marketing trends; recommend creative opportunities, process improvements and initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engagement and sales support; perform other marketing duties as assigned.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital marketing, analytics and project-management platforms is an asset.
