Bert's Auto Sales is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Tampa dealership. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, guide them through our new vehicle inventory, and close sales. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus volume bonus structure—consistent closers earn well above the Tampa retail average. You'll work a five-day week with a midweek day off, and we're closed Sundays, which gives you predictable time away from the lot. As a small, family-owned dealership, you'll work with the owner directly and build real relationships with your team. Because we sell new vehicles only and don't handle trade-ins or used cars, your conversations focus on helping customers find the right car, not negotiating appraisals.
