Service Advisor

Bert's Auto Sales is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Tampa. You'll be the main point of contact between our customers and our service team, managing the intake process, explaining repair needs, and ensuring customers understand the work being done on their vehicles. This role combines customer service, technical knowledge, and organizational skills to keep our service department running smoothly.

• Greet customers as they arrive and listen to their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Write detailed service orders that accurately capture what work needs to be performed
• Explain repair estimates and recommended services to customers in clear, understandable terms
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and manage service timelines
• Answer customer questions about their vehicles and the repair process
• Follow up with customers about service progress and completion
• Process service payments and handle invoicing
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar
• Help resolve customer concerns or complaints about service quality

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
• Comfort learning about vehicle systems and repair processes
