Responsibilities
Guide customers through new-vehicle selection and factory incentives
Present financing options and complete purchase paperwork
Keep accurate CRM notes and follow up with leads for weeks
Keep the showroom presentation-ready
Requirements
Clear communicator who can build rapport
Valid driver's license
Willing to work a rotating Saturday
Nice to Have
Prior retail or hospitality experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Benefits
Base salary plus volume bonus - not a pure commission floor
