Bert's Auto Parts is looking for a Go To Market Specialist to join our Marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategies that bring our products and services to market effectively. You'll work across teams to identify customer needs, position our offerings, and create the conditions for successful launches and market expansion. This is a remote position that offers flexibility while contributing to real business growth.

Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, competitive positioning, and market opportunities in the auto parts industry
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products or service offerings, including pricing, messaging, and distribution channels
Create marketing materials and messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product value to target customers
Work with sales teams to understand customer feedback and adjust market positioning based on real-world feedback
Build launch timelines and coordinate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth rollouts
Monitor market performance metrics and adjust strategies based on what's working and what isn't
Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that could accelerate market entry or expand reach
Document processes and create playbooks that the team can use for future launches
Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear data and business rationale

3-5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or market development roles
Proven track record of successfully launching products or entering new markets
Strong analytical skills with ability to gather, interpret, and act on market data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams
Familiarity with the automotive parts industry or B2B sales environments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with standard marketing tools and platforms

Experience with CRM systems or sales enablement tools
Background in automotive retail or distribution
Knowledge of e-commerce strategies for parts and components
Experience creating competitive analysis or market positioning frameworks
