Bav LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and help drive efficiency across our Kingston location. You'll manage processes, coordinate between departments, and ensure our team has what they need to do their best work. This role reports to senior leadership and touches nearly every part of how we run our business.

Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management
Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas where processes can be improved
Coordinate with department heads to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to keep costs reasonable
Handle staff scheduling and coordinate with HR on hiring and onboarding needs
Troubleshoot operational problems and implement solutions quickly
Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies
Prepare reports on operational performance for management review
Lead meetings with teams to discuss goals, challenges, and improvements
Manage budgets for operations and track spending against forecasts

3+ years of operations management or similar supervisory experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with inventory management and vendor coordination
Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic business software
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and make decisions within your authority
Valid driver's license
Based in or willing to relocate to Kingston, Jamaica

Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution
Familiarity with Jamaica's business environment and regulations
Knowledge of ERP or operations management software
Experience training and developing team members
