Data Entry Clerk

Babbler Marketing is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Customer Support team in Phoenix. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining customer information and transaction data in our systems. You'll work directly with customer records, ensuring data quality and helping our support team access the information they need to serve customers effectively. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be an essential part of our customer-facing operations.

• Input customer information, order details, and transaction data into company databases and systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and validate data for completeness and correctness before entry, flagging any inconsistencies or missing information
• Update existing customer records with new information, account changes, and service requests
• Organize and maintain digital files according to company procedures and data management standards
• Process customer forms, applications, and documentation into appropriate systems within established timelines
• Respond to data-related inquiries from customer support staff by locating and retrieving information from databases
• Perform regular quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors
• Generate basic reports from database information to support team decision-making
• Follow data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive customer information
• Communicate with other departments when data discrepancies need resolution

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven data entry experience (1-2 years minimum)
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with strong accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database entry systems
• Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain accuracy over extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality requirements
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet consistent deadlines
• Comfortable learning and working with various software systems

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Familiarity with Babbler Marketing's products or services
• Previous customer support or customer service background
• Knowledge of data validation techniques and best practices
• Experience working in a marketing or advertising environment
