Babbler Marketing is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing support team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them troubleshoot issues, answer questions about our services, and ensure they get the most value from their experience with us. This is a remote position that lets you work from anywhere while building real relationships with customers.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone within established response time targets
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system
Identify recurring problems and escalate patterns to the product and engineering teams
Process account requests, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and interaction history
Follow up with customers to confirm their issues are fully resolved
Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and feature requests
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge and best practices

1-2 years of customer support experience in a software or SaaS environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with support ticketing systems and CRM tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Patience and empathy when working with frustrated customers
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Experience with marketing automation or marketing software platforms
Familiarity with HTML or basic web concepts
Multilingual abilities
Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
Track record of exceeding customer satisfaction benchmarks
