Shop Production Manager

Alpine Ridge Upholstery is an 18-person custom furniture reupholstery workshop in Denver's Santa Fe arts district. We are looking for a Shop Production Manager to run the floor day to day: scheduling jobs, keeping frames moving from teardown through final inspection, and holding the quality bar on high-end pieces.

• Schedule and sequence all shop work across eight benches
• Run the 7am floor huddle and set the day's priorities
• Inspect every finished piece before it leaves the shop
• Order foam, webbing, springs and fabric against job requirements
• Train and develop bench technicians
• Own shop safety and tool maintenance

• 3+ years running a production floor or workshop
• Hands-on upholstery, furniture, or comparable trade experience
• Comfortable with a 7am start, Monday to Friday
• Able to read a cut list and a fabric yardage estimate

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with antique or heirloom frame restoration

• Health insurance after 90 days
