Call Center Representative

Abitocorp is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our Customer Service team in Saint Louis. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and processing requests. This is a full-time position where you'll work directly with customers every day, helping them get what they need while representing our company professionally.

• Answer inbound customer calls and direct them to the appropriate department or resolve their issues on the first call when possible
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our call tracking system, including details about the issue, resolution, and any follow-up needed
• Process customer requests such as account updates, billing inquiries, service changes, and order information
• Troubleshoot common customer problems and explain solutions in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, working toward solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company
• Meet daily call volume and quality targets while maintaining a professional tone throughout each interaction
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary
• Follow company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
• Participate in training sessions to learn about products, services, and updated processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to call center protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Clear speaking voice and professional communication skills
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including potential shift work or weekend availability
• Comfortable using computer systems, phones, and call center software
• Strong listening skills and ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy call periods

• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other languages)
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
